Our Story

The vision of the Brink family to provide quality real estate in the northern suburbs resulted in the founding of Multidirect Investments 41 (Pty) Ltd in 2002.

This family’s constant passion for unique and efficient solutions became the corner stone of their aspiration and vision to deliver sustainable real estate solutions and pleasant neighbourhood environments to the Durbanville area.  Since 2002 the company has negotiated and concluded various strategic real estate transactions to ensure alignment with this vision.

Multidirect has successfully co-ordinated, managed, planned and implemented various real estate related infrastructure and building projects that resulted in the delivery of homes to many property investors, homeowners and various commercial tenants.
